"The band has changed a lot in the past year & we've decided to lay the House of Cards Band's name to rest. It's been a great run, but all things change over time. We've worked hard these past months to develop a new & different show for you to enjoy. We hope to see you soon. What is the name of this new band you ask? The XL's, Classic & Original Rock & Roll.
We have put together many of your favorites, some of ours, & original material from Todd, Will, Schaad Dolye & Wayne Sloan (remember Apocalypse from the 1970's? We've updated a few of these great songs that have not been heard for 30 years. Will was a founding member of that band, & thought the songs were too good to be lost to time. Rick has brought some terriffic originals to the Midwest from his time in Florida that have that Southern feel that makes you want to move your feet.
All in all, we are excited to have something a little different for you. Check us out when you can. Also, we'll have a new website that will allow you to keep up with the band. We'll let you know when it's up & running. Thanks for your support of the House Of Cards Band. We couldn't have done it without you. Come see the new band when we're in your town.
