"Terry Hanson is one of the area's best known drummers and music teachers, and has also performed on tour at US military bases throughout Europe. The Terry Hanson Ensemble features Matt Podschweit on piano and Don Gufston on bass and Nervous Neal Smith on saxophone. They'll be playing new music from their 2004 release of Jazzed."

"Amie Sassano is one of the hottest new singer/songwriters to emerge from America's Heartland. Casting Shadows is her powerful debut album of original music that is a melange of rock and pop with a distinctive Midwest sound."

"Einstein's Sister is a Power-Pop band driven by arresting melodies and thought-provoking lyrics. With their songs drawing kind comparison to musical heroes such as Squeeze, XTC, Wilco and even The Beatles, this Moline, Illinois-based group has forged its own identity over the course of three albums since 1996."

"Jim the Mule formed in May of 2000 when Jason Gilliland (bass, vocals), Tom Swanson (guitar, vocals), and Ryan Koning (drums, percussion) decided to resume making music after a two-year hiatus. The trio had performed under the monikers Hot Wax Residue, The Nightcrawlers, and Tribello while attending St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA."

"People are taking notice of the Dani Lynn Howe Band. You can't help being caught up in the fun, energetic show. Whether it's country or classic rock, upbeat or heart wrenching, Dani pulls you along for a ride through the emotions of every song. Dani, short for 'Danielle', is already one of the most popular Quad Cities area radio personalities as half of the morning show on 103.7 WLLR-FM. Just a few short years later, Dani has an impressive array of show openers to her credit, including Tracy Lawrence, Blackhawk, Jo Dee Messina, Trace Adkins, Lila McCann, Montgomery Gentry, Lonestar, Kenny Chesney, Suzy Bogguss, Gary Allan, and Martina McBride."

"John Resch and the Detroit Blues, a band based out of the Iowa/Illinois Quad City area consisting of harmonica, bass, drums and guitar, is quickly establishing itself as a regional band that must be seen. They play classic and contemporary blues with a growing list of catchy original numbers."

"Wicked Liz & the Bellyswirls formed in 1999. Bassist Bob Kelly and brother Leo (guitar) began jamming in their parents basement. One afternoon, an old friend, Liz Townsend, stopped by and sang a few tunes. This became a regular occurrence and soon they were on the look for a drummer. A few calls around the local music scene turned up Greg Hipskind. They released their first CD in 2001. It was self-titled, showing their different sides -- blues, funk, folk, rock and a little twangy-country."
